Children are so young, when they need to make the most exciting, confusing, terrifying and life altering decision about their careers. Most children choose a career based on the opinions of their parents, what their friends are doing or what they think is glamorous. Making a right career choice is not about finding something that you could be good at, but it is about making an informed decision of a career that is really meant for you. It feels like a daunting task that needs to be done right. Because the ones who don’t, develop into confused work groups joining an industry for survival and not because they may really have the required skills, interest, expertise or even passion for their jobs.
Our Career Guidance and Counselling Sessions focuses on understanding a child’s personality, aptitude, interests, their behaviour, what motivates them, their fears, their hopes, values and preferences, their parent’s opinions and their limitations. We factor in every aspect and provide suggestions of a career choice well suited to you after a complete analysis coupled with valuable insights on the suggested career option.

Career counselling is not only for only students. Working professionals need career counselling as well. Adults often face burnouts at job, stress at job, stress of balancing home and career which affects their emotional and mental state of mind as well as their relationships and interactions with people.
Other issues that adults could face in their careers are Job Loss, corporate re-structuring, demotions, lack of interview calls, not getting a job in spite of a colourful education background or work experience. Difficult relationship with colleagues, seniors and management, lack of motivation or the zeal to achieve, career change and many more work-related issues. It is important to reach-out. To evaluate and find a way to work around the issues that bother.
